Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We ship via UPS and USPS Monday thru Wednesday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays . UPS needs a physical address no P.O. Boxes etc. When shipping someone must be available to accept package.
All Puertorican pastries baked goods are shipped from our bakery in Puerto Rico. All of our items are baked to order, therefore all orders take at least 48-72 hours to produce before they will ship. If you order an item to be shipped 2 day, it will actually take at least 4-5 days to reach you. Our order cutoff time is 12 noon EST, orders placed after that time will be considered as being placed the following day. If an order will be delayed we will contact you via email. We suggest placing your order well in advance to avoid any problems.
Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not bakery business days. For this reason, we do not consider these days to be part of the production time, and we cannot guarantee Monday or Tuesday deliveries.
We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in baking our delicious confections. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may generally do not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality.
We will not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for damages to packages which are driver released or released without a customer's authorization, including packages left outside. We cannot be responsible for damage to perishable products due to lack of an authorized signature being available.
If you place an order at 9 PM on Wednesday, it will be considered as being received on Thursday, and will not ship until the following Tuesday (production days for this order are Monday and Tuesday. We do not ship over the weekend, and are closed Saturday and Sunday, so the ship date is Tuesday.) If you have a question about a ship date, please contact us first!

We understand that if you don't feel secure about using our site, you will probably not return. Therefore, we take the issue of privacy of personal and company information very seriously and want you to feel comfortable while using our site.
Puertorican Pastries has implemented fair information practices designed to protect your privacy. We believe that privacy of personal and company information is a human right. We believe that everyone benefits from the free flow of information and pledge to gather and use information about use responsibly.
Return Policy
If the product is not what you ordered or your items arrive damaged, please follow these steps.
Call the bakery at 787.845.4567 to report damage within 24 hours of receiving package.
Save all product and all original packaging materials and boxes for inspection by shipping company and/or for return to Puertorican Pastries.
We ask that you consider your order placement carefully. Once items have begun production, we will not be able to cancel the order or refund payment. If you have any questions about actual ship dates or arrival dates, please contact us at the bakery via email (which may take longer to respond) or by calling 787.845.4567 BEFORE placing the order.
We only extend refunds, accept returns or issue credit for orders we pack incorrectly.
